Course Description

This course extends and deepens your knowledge base, while offering important experiential learning and reflective opportunities.  The Ethos program covers four (4) fundamental topics

 

  1. Buddhist Principle & Contemplative Methodologies
  2. Experiential Education & Group Process
  3. Mindfulness of Inclusion, Diversity, Identity, and Trauma
  4. The Science of MBSR

Notes

Attendance at the weekly, live online sessions is part of the program, and these sessions will not be recorded.

If you have questions about attendance or know you will need to miss a session, please be in touch with the instructor.

Ethos of Mindfulness-Based Programs is typically offered only twice per year in the Summer and Winter Quarters.

This course has been approved for 87 continuing education hours.

Prerequisites

This course can be taken by any current or past participant in Mindfulness-Based trainings.

If you are already a Certified Mindfulness Teacher

or

If you are currently in a pathway of Mindfulness-Based training*

 

*Should be taken AFTER successful completion of a MBSR or MBCT Foundations course
