S-MBPE0103 - Ethos of Mindfulness-Based Programs: Mindfulness Science and Ethical Engagement
Course Description
This six-week hybrid course explores the scientific, ethical, and pedagogical foundations of teaching mindfulness-based programs (MBPs). Through the integration of current research, trauma-informed principles, and inclusive teaching practices, participants examine how to engage ethically and skillfully with diverse populations. The intention is to deepen your understanding of how MBPs can be delivered responsibly, with attention to both scientific evidence and cultural context.

It can be taken on its own or in any order with S-MBPE0102 - Ethos of MBP: Teaching Foundations and Contemplative Roots.
