S-MBPE0102 - Ethos of Mindfulness-Based Programs: Contemplative Roots and Teaching Fundamentals
Course Description
This six-week hybrid course explores the foundations of teaching mindfulness-based programs (MBPs) through the lenses of contemplative traditions, adult learning theory, and group process. The ethical dimensions of practice and teaching are highlighted using a rich mix of asynchronous materials, peer learning, and live faculty and peer engagement to support deeper understanding and integration of the ethos that underpins MBPs.

It can be taken on its own or in any order with S-MBPE0103 - Ethos of MBP: Mindfulness Science and Ethical Engagement.
